P.E.T.S. values your opinion of our program. Any student, faculty, administrator, or parent may submit their opinion. Our curriculum requests all seniors in schools that have our program, complete this form! Please be honest, as your opinion counts and there are no right or wrong answers. All seniors will get confirmation sent when they complete the form. The information we gather from this feedback will be used to keep our curriculum age appropriate and effective.
